It's all about averages. The world record holder is 13.5 inches so it has to be offset by several men if the average size is 5.1 inches and about 4.5 girth.
What is interesting is 90 percent of guys measure between 4 and 6 inches.
So ams would work fine on most guys. It is the tubing length which is the real issue and those damn rtes.
About my 2nd question to the docs was their policy on rtes. The one I went with said he used them only if really needed period. I ended up with an 18 cm titan plus 1 cm rte. Since the next titan was 20 cm and my tips are pretty well into glans. I feel things were done pretty well.
I am hoping when I need a revision I move up to that 20 cm cylinder or more.
