So my Dr. Oversized my cylinders, eventually took out 15 mm. Even after my second surgery there is still buckling. Curious if anyone has had other oversized complications. I now have a hose bent over at a 90 degree and doubled back on the under side decent pressure.

Does the buckle go away when you inflate? My buckle disappears then. I see you also has the CX. I'd strangle my surgeon if he wasn't bigger (and younger) than me.

Coloplast will always have dog ears (buckle) when deflated until they break in which takes months. After two years mine are as smooth as a babies bottom.

Agree with Ali I am now 10 months and just now seem to be getting softer when flaccid.

I don't see the pics of the oversized cylinders.

Your post is confusing. Original was 15cm. Was there any extenders used? What was the size of your second implant/ And what was your original length? I have a 15cm lgx and 5.5 cm of extenders. My extenders end right below my pubic bone. My 15 cm tubes dangle off the end of the extenders when very flacid.
