Does anyone know of a man who has had ANY KIND of penis surgery for cosmetic reasons?

Circumcision comes close to purely cosmetic, but has had some hygienic/health justifications put forth.

I know removal of warts might be considered cosmetic, but warts may be able transmit the wart-causing virus.

Discoloration, scar tissue that does not inhibit coitus might be features correctible by purely cosmetic medical procedures.

Thanks for the responses everyone I totally understand that the implant should be a measure of last resort, but was curious if there were any significant number of men who simply "wanted one". (the way women want breast implants despite not actually "needing them") I would think the implant would be a much much better bet than the penis enlargement surgery, where the suspension ligament is severed (to give "the illusion" of greater length) .....yet men get that procedure as an elective cosmetic operation.

I visited with the porn star guy and answered a lot of his questions and he answered mine. It seems big dicks have issues of not being able to stand erect due to weight and ??? issues. Overall he seemed a nice guy but very distressed if it cost him his living which was nice payday. I don't blame him a bit. Cheers.

Hey, you are right, but not at all, I had in past problems with warts and the doctor gave me the option to remove those warts by freezing them, surgery or an ointment that makes them disappear, he shared with me https://www.wartremover.net/ and said that it is up to me to make the decision, on what I want more. Of course, I chose ointment, and it really helped me.

I am a porn guy and have been for years(straight side 700+ films) I’ve retreated to mostly POV and vr right now, cosmetically... no it is not better than the original one but it is on demand for porn having three balls is a no go.
