If you have a Titan, you will have a new flaccid. Did not understand that going into 1st implant. With my revision, still have a Titan. A bit larger one. And I like the new flaccid. Wish I had it when I was younger. However, I had a longer penis prior to PD. Unlike breast implants, a penis implant is a functional device to make a man feel whole again. Of course insurance thinks otherwise.

In many cases, breast implants are not unlike penile implants in that they can make a woman feel whole too...for the first time or once again.
Implanted 5/6/20 by Dr. Jesse Mills at UCLA; AMS 700 LGX 18 cm w/2 cm RTEs. I'm 76 & fit but had ED for 20 years. Pills/injections ultimately failed, including 3 ER trips for Priapism; Shockwave & embryonic stem cell therapies didn't help either.
