Ali Baba,
That is my point exactly. I don't know how many guys here on franktalk have their pumps attached to their penis and it rises up every time they inflate. That is not supposed to happen but it is exclusively because the tubes are far too short

I was implanted 4 October 2018. I was told by the AMS rep that AMS was making preconnected 700's in a second d longer tubing size. He said that they would soon be universally available

That's great news but one surgery too late for me. The pre-assembled ones now only fit midgets I had an AMS rep a symbol my pre-assembled first one and an AMS rep also made the extension tubes on my second pump implant of course the doctor had to connect both of them both times

I don't know how much the government actually paid but the bill I saw was $90,000 to move my pump all because someone wanted to say five or six cents worth of tubing

Yep, you get what they offer and that is it. Doesn't matter if it is a Pinto or a Continental, all have the same engine and radiator. Crap. May I ask if the paint is any better?

I have viewed Dr. Kramer videos where he uses unconnected cylinders and pump and makes custom connections. Should prospective patents ask if the surgeon will use unconnected and custom fit the device?

Gene,
Just tell your doctor that you will file a formal complaint if the pump is not at the bottom of your scrotal sac. That should take care of it.

Thanks my pump placement is different however I like it very much.. the pump is sideways in my "left posterior semiscrotum" the deflation button faces my left at 3:00 o'clock the block on top of the bulb faces 12 and 6. The view is downward with my shaft at 12. This placement seems very diffent from what many of you describe. I have been extremely happy with it. It is invisible, easily accessible and I never feel it. I had to reach down for weeks after surgery to remind myself I had it done. If people are interested I can try to post pics.

BTW I emailed my local AMS.. rep about the pte-connected cylinders. He tells me that AMS now only supplies pte-connected with the longer tubing length. .. I hate autocorrect.... this is what he told me if true seems like AMS listened to you
