I had a small spot on the urethra close to the prostrate which surgery was required to remove about two inches of urethra and then they just pulled it together, but to make sure they got all the cancer they removed my prostrate, and lymph node glands. So then they tried Viagra did not work, then Caverject which gave me an erection right away, but I just did not like the pain from that quarter inch in length needle. Fact I think it started to where my penis was rejecting the Caverject. So then the uro come up with the three piece implant and showed it to me and explained how it worked. I told him right there YES I wanted the implant done at USC hospital. It gave me 15 great years of trouble free sex. Then something failed. The ball would not come back to being round, it would stay flat. So I had a revision which lasted only twenty months, but I was really happy with the size from the LGX, but at the same time I was disappointed that something failed so soon. Had the third about eighteen days ago and the uro said he changed the pump and the reservoir to a different side and a different type of reservoir. He did not replace the LGX cylinders, but he did say he pulled them up about a quarter inch further into the gland and added some rte's. He did not go into size or small details, but I will say he done a fantastic job. On my revision I could feel some tubing on the side base coming from the reservoir into the pump. Now he redirected the tubing to where I do not feel any tubing at all and he set the pump way down in the bottom of the scrotum which I really like. The other in my opinion was too high. So far so good, have to see him on the 12th to remove the stitches. But implant is the way to go. You can really make your partner have orgasms because you can stay as long as you want. LOVE IT!
