Glans?

Postby HomeTeam » Thu Apr 04, 2019 11:42 am

My glans are not being engorged when I pump up to a full erection. I asked Dr. Perito about this and he said it should come with time, but in the meantime I was put on testosterone injections because my T levels were low.

What are you guys using to have blood flow to your glans?

I find 20mg of Cialis and sexual stimulation extremely helpful.

I still do those kegel execises as well to force blood flow into my glans. Seems to work as even after implant i can still expand my glans and make it jump. I figure when i get horny it will help. I also plan on 20 mg viagra if i have to.

It will be nice not to depend on viagra for a hard dick, which never hsppened.

Even before I try to pump the implant, I could always get a semi erection and the gland really engorge the gland to look like a big german helmet.

Have not tried anything yet with my new revision. No need to rush into something I might regret. Stitches still on and nurse at the doctors office told me this morning that the incision should start building a crust. I told her nothing yet. So they want to see me tomorrow and check things out. She said over the phone that sometimes it takes a whole six weeks before everything is back to normal. I told her: Yea! I have had three implants in the last sixteen years.
age: 75 First implant around 2001, 59 at the time. AMS 700 Ultrex
revision Dec 2016. 2ND implant 21CM, 1rte AMS 700 LGX MS pump

Eat less, exercise more, get fit- improve your blood flow.....stop looking for a medical solution to a simple general health issue

Thanks Larry I started to use a VED and its helping with enlarging my glans. It lasts a few for maybe 30 minutes or so after I take the VED off. I also think the testosterone shots are helping as well.

Smetro for my age I'm in great shape being a former athlete. The reality is the implant is new to me and I'm not getting proper blood flow to the glans just yet. Also, my 'T' levels are low which has nothing to do with exercise or eating, or being active. Age has a lot to do with low 'T' levels. Larry recommended using a VED and its working to help enlarge my glans as well.

All my nerves were removed in RP. My glans are ice cold and pale most of the time. Foreplay and getting excited, my glans plump up and turns blood red. Just takes more effort.

Once you get blood in there you could use a ring to keep it in. Could also try a loose ring just with the implant alone if the problem is failure to retain rather than failure to fill.

I guess the first stage then would be to have some tests done to determine if the problem is blood flow in our blood flow out
