I havent been on here in awhile. Dick is great. Recovery beyond smooth. I'm just curious...anybody else have 4.5 or close to 4.5 girth? I'm realizing after being on here awhile that my girth is on the smaller size. NEVER been a problem. Just curious. I've always known my girth was never porn star size LOL. But want to see how many guys have small girth. THANKS! Vagabond

Others with Titans will probably tell you that, at three-four months post-op, you have more girth to gain.

I have an AMS LGX (not particularly known for increasing girth) and my girth increased a quarter inch during the 16 months since implantation. I imagine your penis will expand as you cycle (I cycle a little less than twice daily and regularly have sex when my girlfriend and I can get together on weekends).

Great to hear things are going well. Right after surgery I was about the same. Still at 5 inches girth which for me is right. But Larry has proven that if you keep inflating the LGX the cylinders will expand closer to 6. Don't know about the Titan.

Bear in mind that when you are measuring you're probably not sexually aroused. I have noticed a difference in girth when aroused. Must mean that some of my old dick is still there and working.

Thanks Postra. Hopefully that's the case or else I'll have to be patient with aggressive cycling. Implanted 1/15. Cycle 3 times a day.

Yes, the spongiosum is unaffected by the implant and quite often unaffected by E.D. Too bad the spongiosum is not sufficiently strong for erection. But it does provide a bit of fullness to the underlying erection. Can be quite a help for the girth. Same goes for the glans.

I have recovered length but not girth. The 8 inch length makes the 4.5 inch girth look even thinner. Dr K even commented on the surgery vid as to the disporportion.

Never measured my girth before IP. But I know I was bigger. I just feel skinny now. 4.5 X6. Prior to IP I used a 1.75 in VED. My dick would fill it tight. 1.75 x pie= 5.49. All my nerves were removed during RP surgery, so no natural filling. skinny dick club!!!

Out of interest, vagabond, what girth were you before and what are you now post implant?
I believe the Titan increased your girth a bit?
