Try this: It worked for me both before E.D. and after.

In man-on-top position it is easiest to describe (and to accomplish)

Put your penis on your woman's belly and move your body fore and aft along her body so that your penis glides up and down her pubic mound.

Moving your hips down (both towards her feet and down towards the bed) let your penis tip feel for her vaginal opening (if she is wet, you should be able to detect it easily).

When your glans (penis tip) is in line with her vaginal opening her body should be supporting your penis as long as you don't move down too far.

If she is aroused, her labia should be swollen and wet enough that they will open easily to allow your penis tip to enter.

If you fall out, simply raise up your hips, move up along her body and repeat the steps outlined above.

Edited to add:

Of course, if you point in strange directions, you just choose a position (that takes advantage of your new penile direction/angle) and maneuver your hips to point your penis where it needs to go. Not unlike aiming a punt gun. (Look it up - a most interesting mode of hunting waterfowl back in the day).

Not easy for me to get a picture. I gave up. After reading this angle of the dangle thread, I pumped up to see what my angle is now. 36 pumps the bulb collapses and it is pumped all I can get. 18 pumps and I am at 3:00. Straight out. I can bend it anywhere I want it to go yet. 36 pumps and it is 2:00. When I was young it would likely do 1:00. 2:00 at 61 years old with a rubber chicken shoved inside it is quite good. I wonder if those with poor angle just need to squeeze that bulb like you were a mobster debt collector till you get a few more pumps out of it. Tip extenders can be a droop issue too, especially with B.S. brand which are very slim. I doubt it would be an issue with a new implant, but I have seen a video of a tip extender that was cracked where they snap on and an x-ray where one had disconnected from the cylinder. My thoughts are most likely:
1) More pumps needed
2) too short of implant
3) flexing at tip extender
4) dick so damn big that the weight inflated drags it down.
5) lack of enough stimulation for the 3 cavernosal body to be assisting. It does make a difference.

When it's wet it's no problem like a mole running for the hole.

Before ED what Lost Sheep describes was my staple. Rest on top, back slowly down, push in. Very simple. Now when I back down it's like falling off of a cliff. And the harder I pump the faster I fall. Larry's at 50%. For me that would be a world record right now.

Ali,
I have a great whatever grandfather named Emmanuel. You could ask him for help but he died about 1689

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned taking things in hand yourself and guiding it in? I've done it a lot over the years. If I ever had a problem my wife would take over. For the woman on top it's usually a direct hit the first time. It isn't rocket surgery!

Putting a pillow under her butt or small of her back helps. Also raising her knees to her chest of over your shoulders. All these change the angle of her pelvis.

I think that was mentioned in the title of the thread. The complaint is that unassisted entry (which for many men was the norm) is lost - and asking how many men have seen that loss.

Just like our penises used to be self-erecting and now require a mechanical (or chemical) aid, many of our "missiles" used to be self-guiding and now need a navigator.

Of course this is more of an observation than a complaint. I've always used hand guidance for certain positions it's just easier. I was just surprised that now I need it for every position. Guess I'm not alone.
