My question is related to FML's. God did not give me huge girth BUT I have noticed a SLIGHT increase. I have Titan and was implanted 1/15/19. At what point did guys with a Titan feel their girth maxed out or is it an ever so slightly continuous increase.

Just a quick hint, 1 CM is roughly .4".
1 MM is roughly .04".

Those are fine for our calculations.

Radiodec stated it well (Wed Nov 28, 2012). Remember that you have two cylinders side by side, each of 21mm diameter.
radiodec wrote:A quick idea of how big you could get is to take twice the diameter of one cylinder and multiply that by 3.14 and then divide the results by 25.4. This will give you a girth approximation in inches. Of course all that was said previously about shape and tissue still hold. 42 * 3.14 /25.4 = 5.19 inches without any increase for tissue. So it would not be unexpected to have a girth of greater than 6 inches when everything is included.

Don't have a Coloplast here, recovering to use an AMS. Math is the same for both though just different numbers. Fully deflated (12mm) for me gives a girth of about 4.5 inches. Expect max of about six on an AMS.

Thanks for relaying that to me warrenw
That makes sense about the tissues (corpus cavernosum) already inside of the penis taking up space.

Do most surgeons leave the corpus cavernosum intact?
So the you take 21 x 2 to represent the two cylinders?
What does 3.14 represent?
Are you sure it’s 21 mm for the cylinders diameter?

I read (from a different post) that the cylinders are 22 mm in diameter which would make the final figure 5.44”

3.14 is the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter. Also known by the Greek letter, "Pi". (Note that March 14 is recognized by many as "Pi day" and many bakery shops experience a huge increase in sales of pies on that day).

Radiodec makes the simplifying assumption that the combined circumference of the two cylinders can be approximated by calculating for a single cylinder of twice the diameter. Not so with my penis. My two cylinders, when inflated make my penis' cross-section more oval than circular. But the calculation would be needlessly complex. Doubling the circumference of one cylinder to approximate the circumference of the two works pretty well.

The circumference of any one man's penis when inflated will vary, depending on how much tissue he has outside of the implant's cylinders AND how much engorgement of the corpus spongiousum (which can be significant). So, as always, YMMV (your mileage may vary).

Don't know about corpus cavernosum.

Yes, "21 x 2" is the two cylinders side by side with the urethra pushed below them.

3.14 is approximately the math constant pi, ⫪ = 3.14159.... for converting diameter of a circle to circumference (girth).

Coloplast said 21mm in an ad, but I've seen 22mm too, don't know. https://www.coloplastmd.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/PM00479-Titan-Bioflex-Infographic.pdf
Don't forget that your penile tissues add a large but unknown amount to the girth of the cylinders alone.

Up to two years providing you don't have a revision where a different size implant is used. Normally you are upsized when a revision is necessary unless it is shortly after your first. :)

A lot of variables come into play. The Doc dilates and stretches to make sure your implant is not going to break open your tunicas when fully inflated. If you naturally have a large girth no problem if not then he will give you a smaller and safer implant girth. For most guys of Euro or African descent no problem. So the largest AMS are 12 mm deflated and up to 18 mm or perhaps more (20 mm) fully inflated probably over time. The Titan is 18 mm deflated and 22 mm or more fully inflated probably over a period of time and usage. 4 mm over time is not that much really but the Titan does have an advantage of girth out the door first pump. It has 50% more girth than the biggest AMS.

I have an AMS 700 CX. It is 18cm. cylinders that are 12mm. in diameter. I also have 3cm. RTEs for a total length of 21 cm.

My girth is 4.75in. and length 5.75in. fully erect. I pump until the pump bulb completely collapses if I try to pump further, I'm told this is a safety function of the pump so it can not be over pumped.

Before surgery, using Trimix, my girth was 5.75in. and length was 6.75in. so I have lost an inch in length and girth.
