AMS needs to do a better job for $11000 dollars. Either get the docs to provide the cards filled out or supply them themselves.

Serial and model numbers of every thing and then just wrote them on the cards.

I was implanted on 2/28 and needhelp was implanted on 3/17 and we both had stickers on our cards.

I was implanted on 8 Aug in Melbourne Fl got my card with stickers. (That's how I know it's preassembled for Pygmies) Had my revision 4 Dec in Kissimmee Fl got another card with stickers. Both cards have the name of my Doc on the front.

Well you might ask my doc on the 19th when you see him about it. What he told me a year and a month ago is what I posted. There were stickers on the documents he had the AMS rep email me. IDK. But my cards were blank. Let me know if he started doing it again. Maybe he just didn't do it for some reason with me.

Newbie,
Thanks for the heads up. I suspect that he is so very high volume does not have an AMS rep in for every surgery. My 2 surgeons both had the rep there. I'm sure they prepared the paper work. I might ask Jamie Matson if she can schedule someone for my surgery.

Now that you have it revised and are going to have a hard 6 inch dick, get in shape kid. Nothing like a well built stud with a on call rock hard dick to take on the dating world. Good Luck hunting.

Never got anything on the first implant. Just a blank card. Called AMS and they said only the doctor had that information. With service like that, I wish FDA would recall them all and then stomp their nuts for a lack of records. Every implantable device I ever knew of had specifications, precautions and SERIAL NUMBERS. Does not surprise me. Most of my life has been spent re-doing the screw-ups of others.

On each piece in the implant kit there is a sheet of stickers with the serial numbers on it. As the doctor uses a piece he should put one on your card, one on your OR record, send one to AMS for warranty, etc. That's why only the doctor has them. My first one I got a card, the second was the sheet copied from the OR report. I think he had run out of the cards and gave me what he did because it's all they had. :)

I wasn't awake to boss things around. Doctor may have been busy hoochie coochie with the nurses while the students worked and the saleswoman for AMS was shopping cars on her phone for all I know.
