Got my T pellets last week and already having woodies. Don't get me wrong, I am 100% cylinder dependent like everyone else. But it's nice to see enough life in my glans deflated to straighten the bend and also level the head if only for a few moments. Does a body good.

Nice !! You have for sure an healthy corpus spongiosum that is why you can have spontaneous hard on. It also produce the tingling or shivering feeling during intercourse.
Mine is fibrotic and now even with implant I don t have much sensation in my penis unfortunately.
