Four or five brothers have posted that they have or had some form of Corkscrew penis similar to mine which was caused by my penile prosthesis. I'm trying to prepare to go to Dr Kramer not sure if I'll need reconstructive surgery similar to the pictures posted by one brother. To get a clear idea I'd like to compare notes. Thank you.
At 20% pumped my right tip was about 1/4 inch higher than my left one. Shortly after my catheter was removed my penis Twisted sharply clockwise the right tip going downward and the uneven pressure bent me to the left. The head is still permanently tilted right to left. in order to visualize the position of my tips look at your glans. Its hooded Edge is centered on top and tapers down both sides until they meet in the bottom middle forming an inverted Valley underneath. The center top of my head is in the center of my shaft just above the large vein that runs up from the base. So that part looks good. But pressing the glans I can feel the left tip deep inside and slightly left of the center top. The right tip is a tad short of the inverted Valley underneath. It actually protrudes bulges the skin. Viewed from above it is equal in length with the left tip. Indeed if both tips were on the top sides like normal it seems as if both would be deep inside of the glands. Maybe. Hard to tell. Untwisting the tips simply twists my glans sideways. I think something is off. How about with you? Is this what you are seeing to? Thank you for your input.

Doug, does than mean that cavernosae (is that right?) are twisted, or is one or both cylinders somehow outside them?
Whatever it is, I hope Kramer has a plan of attack and experience straightening things out.

I do remember Alibaba had lots of problems and he was able to help him.

My cylinders pretty much wander at will. Better lately. I'm at wits end cannot out think this thing. Trying to give Kramer the right data so he can fix it with least cutting.

It has taken me months of searching to finally get at the truth. Distal crossover is distal corporal crossover. There is also proximal corporal crossover. The cause is that the corporas are cut during dilation and if you push in the cylinders before you thread the glans penis then you can accidentally go through the cut and out of the corporal chamber. This problem is very common especially with low volume Doctors. Dr Karpman did the AMS video and has written a paper on how to stitch the tips to hold them in place.
