Have my first consultation with the urologist in a few weeks to discuss an implant. God didn't bless me with a large penis and was even less kind in the testicle department. I'm looking for feedback/insight into difficulties or issues with pumping an implant with small testicles. Thanks

I cannot see how it will be any issue at all.
I’ve been on Testogel for 10 years....my balls have downsized a little and there isn't any issue. The interloper sits in the middle at the bottom of my sack.......the scrotum is pretty flexible.
And look at it this way.......the interloper makes the whole package look busier and larger :)

I wasn't blessed with big anything either AND I had a plastic surgeon remove all of my penile skin and replace it wit skin from my scrotum and then had the implant... boy oh boy where is all this skin coming from?? :)

No worries about small testicles. In fact it is really an asset, as you have more room for the pump. My testicles are about half the size that they were before I had to take Lupron (Hormone deprivation therapy) After 18 months of that (with radiation to kill prostate cancer) my balls are about half the size they were. After my implant I realized that i have a lot more room in the sac than before and it really works our nicely.

I was fortunate to get my testosterone back, but the jewels stayed smaller.

Best to you

Mine are smaller due to T replacement, it does make the pump stand out more-wish I hadn’t worked so diligently at tugging the pump down during the healing process, higher up w the smaller boys would have been less conspicuous. But, hey it works now!

I've noticed that lots of guys have smaller testicles because of T therapy. I've had pellets for some 5 years or so. I never really noticed how large mine were before wonder how you tell if they've gotten smaller? I've had low T most of my life so maybe they were small to begin with?
Standing my pump is hidden by my testicles. Sits in between them. Situated just as far down as possible. It spreads them out making them look bigger and my sac fuller.

I have been on T therapy for a couple of years now and my boys shrunk quite a bit and I'm glad that they did as they were VERY sensitive and would not have appreciated a cousin moving in. I hope to join the brotherhood within a few months.
