tips out or in?

Unless you've had a corkscrewed penis no way to know how hard it is to tell if your tips are out of the glans or in. Looking from above while feeling it seems as if both are in. But when you calculate the angle of the glans then it is easily seen that not both of them are inside. Not sure if the right tip is shifting or has been here all along. But it is definitely pressing upward outside of the glans and now bulging the skin. I have tried to move it inward. No luck
No more inflating for me.
