Which implant preserves girth the most and a description of all the implants would be appreciated. Does kaiser Permanente provide these kinds of implants? Thank you

This doesn't include the Titan, but answers a lot of questions about AMS products and complete operating room instructions.

I don't have the medical journal citations available right now, but there are many articles comparing the different implants as well as testimonials on the relative merits of each here on FrankTalk.

When I first joined, I spent a couple weekends reading through abut 2 - 2 1/2 years of old threads/posts learning all I could about E.D. and implants. I recommend that venture to you.

Dr. Garber did a paper that explored and explained the 3 most common different implants (AMS CX, AMX LGX and Coloplast Titan). It was quite exhaustive and I posted a link a couple of times. If I find the links, I will add them to this post. If I don't, and you do find them, please paste the link here.

Thanks.

Yes, the first one. I don't think I have seen the second one before. Thanks for finding and posting both links.
