+1 to this. Chosen you need to step back and do things one step at a time. Take care of your immediate problems first and get clipped. Wait six weeks and then re-evaluate. Find a fuckbuddy who you dig, and really digs you. Having a warm, comfortable human as invested in a pleasurable experience as you are will turn this around.

And there are plenty of ways to "fix the phimosis" without amputation (aka circumcision). Guys in Europe know those kind of things, and those methods are all on the internet as well.

Chosenone,
you have a lot going on. Take care of phimosis first, as other guys said. After that, please step back and let sexual medicine experts help.
Before deciding on an implant, you have a long way to go. First, I would strongly recommend you get to a good sex therapist as well as a psychiatrist for an evaluation. You might have an anxiety disorder which is preventing function. This might need meds as well as therapy. they have to be the right meds that don't cause more issues. You need a sexual medicine specialist to help sort this out. where do you live?
It is VERY common for young men to have a very hard time with erections. I would definitely start with injections and see what happens. but you might have underlying physical conditions causing this. your goal should be to diagnose and take care of your health. The ED is almost always a symptom of something else.

I think you might want to listen to some of what we're saying here and take a breath...
1. You've only been with a girl once, some 4 to 5 years ago.
2. You tried pills "today and yesterday" and concluded they don't work.
3. Already your doc is talking injections.
4. You have to correct a phimosis with surgery.

As Cat advised, an implant is a last resort. My advice is to take things a lot more slowly. Find a friend and learn to play. Practice. If you need to, fix the phimosis and try again. If you need to, give the pills another chance. Try each brand. Yesterday and today is not enough. Be sure to bring your friend along. If you need to, try the injections. Out of the gate, the injections will generally amaze you.

But give each stage of these trials its own time. As eager as I might be to have a rock hard erection, an implant does not equal what the good Lord gave us. You really want to give yourself more time.

Best of luck.

Ok thanks I am more confident now.
