Catman, I can hardly wait. It's been 5 months now and we may have forgotten how to do it lol.
Friday's the D-day and I plan to get a workout.
Am hopeful the pump breaks in. Today was a bitch, but I'm stubborn.

I have the same model implant that you have. I got mine about 8 months ago. I have had some trouble with the pump and for a while was not getting fully hard.

When I pressed the bulb from the front and back I could pump up but at some point couldn't get any more fluid to go in. The bulb would press easily enough but no more inflation happened. I asked my doctor about it and he said that it wasn't working right and was going to do a replacement.

However, I found out that if I pressed the bulb from the sides it would pump up more and I would get much harder.

To be clear, the "front and back" would be pressing the bulb on the same side the deflate button is on and opposite that side. I don't think I was hitting the deflate button while pumping, but it just wouldn't work right.

I don't know if this will help. I wish I had gone to my doctor to look into this much earlier, and I suggest you see yours.

Just a quick update:
As most of you have stated, the pump is getting much easier to depress.
Today, it went almost always down when I compressed it.
I can even do it one handed lol.

Although it is possible to do it one handed, I would strongly suggest that you use two hands... If you slip, when doing it one handed, you will, very quickly, know why I never do it one handed. :o  :o   :o
