I do not have an implant!

I have had a radical prostatectomy with nerve damage.
I did not have ED prior to the prostatectomy.
That may influence my perspective.

It is, for the most part, impossible for me to get off without an erection either from an injection or VED with ring.

I don't recall it if, prior to my prostatectomy, I ever tried to get off while flaccid.
R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville by Dr. Michael Wehle. Nerve sparing but damaged. V.E.D, Viagra and Alprostadil manually injected. Originally Edex20. Switched to Alprostadil from compounding pharmacy - cost. Injecting 5-6 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.

I am about same way but I can get off with a very powerful vibrator. The orgasms for the most part are the best! They can be great and last a long time, but I miss the mess it used it used to make.
