Welcome to the forum. I cannot answer at length (no pun intended) but the short answer is:
Unlikely.
Are you talking about length or girth or both?
Both manufacturers in the United States make models for smaller girth penises. These models are not mentioned much here on FrankTalk, but they do exist and are used.
Do a search on the term "micropenis" in this site and on the internet at large and see what you come with. Please let us know.

I think I read the smallest AMS is 12 cm, while there is one third burried in your body (approx) means your penis has to be about 8 cm s errect ( a bit over 3 inches.)
