Great question, I have the same thing and I have appointment with my urologist this morning to setup implant date. He wanted to check the varicocele with respect to wow the pump would fit in scrotum. I’ll let you know what I find out.
Diagnosed venous leak. Going with injections rather than implant for the time being.

The doctor said me that it's possible to do the implant with the varicocele removal and both together will cost 10k

I guess the varicocele is covered by my insurance if I remove it here so shall I make them separate and spare 1.500euro or is it better if I make them together

I am three weeks post implant and just saw this thread Re varicoceles. I had them bilaterally and my surgeon and I came to the conclusion it was best to have them repaired prior to the implant. She wanted it done first to avoid impact on the implant and I had the added motivation that possibly my testesterone would be increased by correction of the varicoceles. PM me if you would like details of the varicocelectomies. Prior to correction I had occasional pain and managed it by wearing tight briefs and jocks.

Did you do the varicocelectomy? Here you can see one of my (minor) scars. I have a similar one on the other side.
