Tips of tubes are positioned inside the glans but my penis head does not get engorged unless I take 5 mg of Cialis before intercurse.
My penis head is well supported by the tips of cylinders, so penetration is not a problem even with soft glans. With engorged glans sex is more pleasurable and it is easier to reach an orgasm.

Hi all,

I'm just resurrecting this thread because I'd like more input on the importance of the glans as it pertains to the implanted man.

For those that are implanted, I ask again:

- Without glans engorgement - assuming tips are well placed - is sex really so bad?

- Do you still get glans engorgement?

- When does it typically engorge? Upon sexual arousal I'm assuming...
37, mild to moderate ED since age 21, 3 Dopplers - 1 result VL & 3 later results 'no physical problem', dependent on cialis (efficacy now waning), overcame Lymophoma at age 26, ED causing immense/profound psychological distress. Considering implant.

I use a VED on occasion to engorge the glans and shaft using two rings to hold the blood in.Works great!
71 yrs.old married,ED for 7 yrs.Pills for 3 yrs,TriMix for 21/2 yrs.6 1/2 inches flacid,71/4 inches erect,6 inches girth.Coloplast Titan put in 11/13/20,Dr.Bozeman,Arkansas Urology,Little Rock.22cm + 2 RTE.

It wuold be nice to see some pic of members implanted, with and without glans engorgement when fully inflated
Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar
