The truth is both coloplast and ams have more premature failures than either company would like to admit. Coloplast is usually a tubing connector leak, and ams a cylinder leak. Shit happens. Hopefully both companies continue to improve their product.

It is a marvel of medical science and tech but you’d think in an age where a rover can be sent to another planet in the solar system, touch down and start performing all kinds of tasks, they’d be able to create a reliable device for this purpose.

Sigh. This is just the kind of concern I have and at 35, the prospect of hell with endless replacements is utterly depressing.

Geez Raptor ....... I thought I was busy with a woman who loves fucking night and morning :D
Your example does explain a lot.
I remember reading of your plight a while ago and having a good think about how my tubing is placed at the base (top side, close to the reservoir) of my cock.
Considering how my recent partners love grinding their clitoris when my cock is deep inside.....it is pretty obvious that the tubing is under tremendous pressure when the “grinding” goes on for any extended period.

I have adjusted my technique to circumvent the continued stress on the implant. I encourage and practice ‘cowgirl’ rather than missionary which only encourages the grinding action.
In my humble opinion, this is a possible solution in de-stressing the pressure on the tubing.
Anybody agree?

I try to avoid contact with my sack completely

Note: it seems the pump does not exist

Max my brother with the 5 x's, where do you hide that pump? I don't see it anywhere in that big dong picture. If all pumps were as easily hidden as that, they would be putting coupons in the paper every Wednesday to hawk them. Cheers buddy. f

So it seems to me there are significant limitations on the implant?

I will need to for soft glans. So I hope you can.

Mate, I thought that the implant negated the need for a cock ring. Why are you considering that? Is the implant’s sole purpose not to allow for successful penetration?
