I had surgery on 1/15 and sex last night with my wife. Surgery went well and so has healing. Is that too soon? It was not painful so why would my doctor tell me to wait 4-6 weeks?

I hate to say it, but if I was confident about inflating, I'd have (careful) sex also. I hope to get that done on Feb 7 after I go to pumping school (post-op).

I guess the bigger question is why would you risk losing your implant due to infection when your doctor said 4 to 6 weeks. I guess it all depends on how well healed your incision is.

I was implanted on Jan 7, and I can not imagine even thinking about sex yet. My stitches aren't even dissolved yet, and we dont start cycling for another 4 weeks. I know some guys seem to get the op and hit the ground running, but there's no freaking way I'm feeling sexy right now....

The delay is not due to the pain possibility. You have to consider the healing process. When the implant was placed in your penis there was a lot of trauma.(A simple cut that get sutured needs to stay sutured for up to 10 day to make sure the tissue regenerates and bind. You don't want anything tearing loose.) Needless to say the blood supply was drastically decreased to the area and the tiny micro nerves were damaged and loss a bit of sensitivity. With that said, as good as it is, sex is trauma. Repeated trauma to an injured area can in some instances prolong the healing process and lead to permanent desensitization of the nerves. On average it takes about 4- 6 weeks for anything to heal that has been cut in such an invasive surgery. Let it heal and lesse bon temp roule!!

Thank you all. Larry, the incision glue came off days ago and the stitches dissolved. Incision looks healed but I guess I should wait. Just wanted to take the new Titan for a test drive. I do have 2 spots on my glans which look like white head pimples and are hard. I haven’t seen any postings on this besides it looks like a snake bite. What could these pimple looking things be?

Those were from needle holes used to pull the cylinders into place. Very normal sounds like yours are healing well.

Just checked I had surgical glue on my revision and was released for sex after 6 days.

I don't want to sound like I am scolding you, you are a big boy and can take care of yourself BUT, I went through the hell of septic shock and I can't imagine not putting out the caution to all my Frank Talk brothers. I went for 6 months between implants so I could heal from septic shock that came within 12 hours of causing my death... Please, do what the doctor tells you... you will have the rest of your life for sex.

I put Neosporin on my snake eyes and they healed right up. I had a clear white discharge 2 days ago. No scars left from them.
After hearing you guys, I'll wait a bit longer.
