Ice After Cycling

Does anyone still use ice for swelling after cycling starts?
Implanted with Titan 1/15/19 with Dr. Eid.

Unless there is excessive swelling, after two to three weeks, swelling is no longer effective. Icing is for acute trauma. Now, nice hot baths or an electric heating works great. It softens up the rubber and makes it easier to pump. The bath would be my first choice, it feels great on that area and you can cycle right in the tub without pain or problems. :)
