How long until cylinders fully settle into glans?

Not sure what you mean, Vag
Your penis began to shrink immediately after surgery. The only thing keeping it longer than an inch or less are your cylinders. And the tips should be tight. Of course fully pumped they become even tighter. But if you mean until they feel natural do not hurt well each person is different. But mine settled down after 3 weeks or so. Never hurt that much actually except for the uneven right tip. So I'm not the best one to ask. My left tip never pushed as hard as my right until after the right cylinder became permanently deformed bowed. Only in those moments when the right tip tried to push through did it actually hurt burn etc. But I was using VED from the 2nd week to keep stretched. Hurt like he!! so could not use daily until after pump was moved. Again not the best person to ask. Plus I have AMS not Titan.
We both do have a glans and it took about 3 weeks for it to get used to the tips. Hope this helps even though it may not be what you wanted to know.

With the AMS we usually are pretty much settled down around the 3 month mark. After that it's just cycling to increase length and girth.

So should the tips be pushing into the glands while deflated. I just got implanted on 1.24.19 and can feel the tips stop short of the glands while deflated.

could you please specify where your cylinder tips are ? usually they should be in the glans rn , something between 1/2 or 2/3 from the top of your glans.

I felt my tips were not all the way in. Now, no problem.

My right tip has always been spot on in the glans. The left one always slides back to coronal level when deflated but moves back into position by 1/2 inflation. Is what it is I guess.

You are probably at least partially swollen. Ice for max 20 minutes at a time. If your doctor is ok with it, take baths as hot as you can stand it and try to cycle for 30 minutes at a time,

Were you inflated after surgery?
