You're welcome.

FYI I think the hardest part of dealing with these issues is the mental part. If you spend some time on the site, you will see that we all have struggled with it.

I will tell you that personally I was at my wits end when I found this site. Now I am calmly and positively working toward my solution. I have to get some other medical stuff fixed, then I am on a path to getting an implant.

At first the thought freaked me out. Now I am actually excited about being bionic. I have a titanium screw in my finger, somebody elses cartilage in one of my knees, and soon an auxiliary pump in my groin. Cool. At this rate I'm gonna last forever! My mental status has changed 180 degrees from when I started. I am looking forward to not only getting back in the game - but being better than before.

I don't want to suggest that ED and peyronies aren't a big deal - they are. But your dick is not you - it is just a hydraulic device that sometimes breaks, and can thankfully almost always be fixed. Success is not guaranteed (not much in life is) - but your odds of getting this fixed are very very high. As long as you take your time, be calm, be positive, do your research, and WORK WITH THE RIGHT MECHANICS (um ... I mean Doctors  ).

Two things, first need help if you want to make your penis more healthy and absolutely straight use a vacuum pump. It will work. Costs like twenty dollars. Let your own blood make you straight. Then get an implant.
Second The more I think about natural erection vs implant the more I realize how very subjective the question is. A twenty year old's natural rock hard erection and 8 to 15 ejaculations during each orgasm beats any implant every time. A soft glans that has no hard tips wins the game without question.
Those things are gone forever. No way to bring them back. So what's left? Well the glans inside of a vagina feels just as natural with an implant as it does without one. In fact it is just as natural the surgery does not affect the outside of your penis. Will your glans become erect? If it does now it still will if not then no. The implant does not fix that. But a vacuum pump helps.
The problem with this question is that it is assuming ED is natural or that an ED diseased penis is natural and works naturally. The truth is that your little man is no longer natural and nothing can bring that back. This question is asking for an implant to restore your natural penis. It will not.
But it will give you sex again. Good longer lasting healthy sex. With intense orgasms that you have to really work hard for. For me that's far more than natural enough. Almost super natural!

With the death of a loved one, we are taught that we go through many stages...

DENIAL, ANGER, BARGAINING, DEPRESSION, ACCEPTANCE

This situation is quite similar in the affect that ultimately you want to get to the ACCEPTANCE stage prior to getting the implant. There are only a few ways to get there. 1) trying all you can do prior to getting an implant ( pills, injections, psychotherapy, etc) with every failed attempt in correcting the ED, you will be closer to reaching the brass ring which is an implant. Never let others dictate when you are ready or not, this is something you must go through individually.

My journey took me through almost 2 years of verapamil injections, pills, traction, PE sprays, and psychotherapy. When my MD told me it was time for an implant, I was ready for it. As a matter of fact, the day I booked my surgery, my daily anxiety virtually disappeared.

Only you can understand yourself, and you must allow yourself to go through the stages. But, in the mean time, stay on FT and ask questions even if you feel you are being a bother; do some sort of lengthening regimen ( traction, VED) so you don’t atrophy in the mean time; and I strongly recommend sex therapist. They can help out a lot. Implant is the way to go... only when you are ready.

I noticed again this morning when I fully pumped that swelling feeling deep inside just like a natural erection. Happens each time I get pumped really hard. Sweet.

I took his old one. It's a piezo wave 2 with 2 applicator. It's a focussed shock wave machine and I can go to deeper regions. I payed 10thousand euro and it's definitely a special price.

I will get it next tuesday so I will treat me very often at least 6 months.
Hope this brings me back to road. Also I will do prp injections by my own for 70euro (price of the prp kit) each session, that's a price I can life with for trying this and not for 800like docs are offering it.

So that's my plan EVERYTHING BEFORE AN IMPLANT and if nothing works so then there is no option left and an implant is definitely better than no erection anymore.
IF your interested in general information about shockwave there is the site also from a franktalk member it's called

Shockwave for ed blogspot... google that.

All the information's about shockwave is there and it seems that he even with a radial shockwave machine for 1000dollars got good results. He's making a diary there about his treatment. I will also do a diary about my shockwave treatments. SO that no one has to spend thousand s of euro at docs for that treatment for nothing. I guess that this works only if your not harmed very much but I definitely try it. I've nothing to loose only time and money ;)

An implant is good but nothing better then your own dick filled with blood.

Hi Rocco, it's almost a year later since this post. Did you do the Shockwave-therapy en PRP?
If yes, whate are the outcomes, did it help you?

Wish you all the best.
