Feeling - Implant compared to NATURAL ERECTION

It seems that my natural erection are now gone for the rest of my life and I have to move forward with the implant in the next 6-12 months if really nothing improve. then I have to go this route. The implant doesn't cure your Ed. so in that respect you already have your answer. How is impotent completely for 2 years before my implant. However a few months before my implant I began using vacuum therapy because it said that in some cases it would cure Ed. It did not. But it did give me back a portion of erection but I had lost. In order to insert the implant they have to remove the main tissue in 2 cylinders that are mostly responsible for an erection. So that feeling and those two cylinders is gone forever. But the 3rd cylinder does houses the urethra Is untouched. By using vacuum therapy I very much have that fullness feeling and myglans becomes enlarged but not fully. So there's something there but not like before. As far as an orgasm goes yes it takes longer but not necessarily faster movement. I'm 5 months plus and it still takes much longer than before but that's not a disadvantage for me. I used to have severe pre-ejaculation not anymore. I can take my time and smell the roses along the way. This is just me though I have no idea how you'll be affected hope this helps. Just keep in mind but anything is better than nothing at all. And you have an advantage now because you can just keep going and going and going. Thank you very much for your very detailed answer. I am doing the pump to prevent shrinkage, but before the implant I really must do everything. But I feel I am now very near to the implant. Even it s hard to accept but now I am thinking to what I ve lost my last 2 years and It was in my best ages my early 30s. So yes everything I now know. The implant just gives you hard plastic rods in your dick with all the pros and cons, not more and not less. Everything else is just what you bring with you or you have or havent good blood flow left.

As more blood flow is left with your implant the more pleasure you will have, thats what I thought.

I would say "some" rather than "many." For the vast majority of us (I think), we don't have to "fuck very fast to get an orgasm in the vagina," nor do we "only get it by masturbation." For me and for many men, orgasms are just like they were back when we were younger (or whatever) when we had natural erections.

I can relate to you. Prior to my implant, I equated the whole experience of my feeling good during sex to the engorgement of my penis. It was hard for me to picture enjoyment without this component. Post implant, I can only tell you from my experience, there are a multitude of constructs that make up the feeling of good sex... the erect penis is simply one of these components. If your nerves are intact, if you have engorgement to your glans, if you are able to achieve orgasms- you will still have most of the same enjoyment you had before. There are men in this site that have issues with one or multiple constructs that I defined, and they still enjoy sex and masturbation.

The moral of the story is will it be different? Yes. Life is not fair. Is it an acceptable alternative to not being able to do it? Yes. An erection is not the only component to feeling good.

Where did you bought the shockwave machine and what was the price? Did you already used it and if so what are your feelings about it? I know Dr Goldstein, the number one sexdoctor advice it ass well.

So that's my plan EVERYTHING BEFORE AN IMPLANT and if nothing works so then there is no option left and an implant is definitely better than no erection anymore.

All the information's about shockwave is there and it seems that he even with a radial shockwave machine for 1000dollars got good results. He's making a diary there about his treatment. I will also do a diary about my shockwave treatments. SO that no one has to spend thousand s of euro at docs for that treatment for nothing. I guess that this works only if your not harmed very much but I definitely try it. I've nothing to loose only time and money

Although you will never get a natural erection again, many, including me, still get the twinge in my package... remember when you were an early teen... you would use your pelvic muscles to get it to dance??? It still does that, it just doesn't get hard enough to penetrate. The longer you have the implant, the more natural it will feel and look. Just remember the longer you wait, the more it will shrink. It is atrophying every month.
