One other question I have is the day after surgery the dr deflated me. When I feel for the tips they are not up in the head. When it is deflated should the implant still be up into the glands? Just worrying that the dr undersized me.

Speaking for myself only, I cannot feel the tips but, where the good lord jipped me on length, he made up for in girth (about 6"ish)

My tips are maybe 1/8 inch shorter when soft, but still up in the glans. Had to feel and check when you asked the question.

I'm beginning to wonder if I was oversized. my tips are hard and present in my glans 24/7. Even on the short side.

I know I am only two weeks after being implanted, but I continue to feel like my Surgeon undersized me by a good amount. While it is flaccid I can feel the cylinders stop well before the head and can feel the hard tips. Also I pumped up against the surgeons instructions but it seems like I am a lot shorter than my trimix and ved erection. Also when pumped I feel like there is no support for the head and he skin on my shaft is not stretched like before. I still have a little swelling in the groin and am hoping that’s the reason but I am fearful that I am undersized. This is causing a lot of depression since that was my biggest fear of doing the surgery.

I think you started worrying to early. You are not even activated now and I would not do anything against surgeon advice.
From my own experience which was not so good at the beginning of implant journey, I am positive, you will see improvement once you start cycling daily. It might not be the same as others top 10 percentile mentioned but it will come. I was very disappointed at the beginning especially in the first 3 months where I barely had any improvements.
Our implants are almost same length; 15+3 yours and 18+1 mine. You are implanted with AMS LGX which has more potential to grow in lenght then my Titan. Another adventure on your side is you are young and your prostate is still in place where God intended to be, not like mine , somewhere in pathological laboratory.
Before implant, my stretched penile length was only 4.5”. My all time lenght was 6.5” so I lost 2” as a result of prostate removal and impotence followed removal and lasted 22 months before I received implant.
Here is the truth. I was activated 12 days after implant and,y length was only 3.5 inches fully inflated. Progress was so slow. I barely reached 4 inches at 3 months. I my 4th month I started seeing some progress which still continues. Now, at 5+ months, I am 5 1/4” and I am happy with the length even if this is max. I think I hadfirst sex around 70 days post implant and was nothing sex used to be. By now, my sex experience improved a lot and my wife and I are happy and enjoying it.

I feel a little better now hearing that. I know I should have waited until the dr visit at 4 weeks to try it out. I guess I have had so much back luck in the dick department that my confidence has been totally wiped away that I go to thinking the worst. I appreciate everyone’s supportive words.

About one third of implant length is inside the body. With your implant size, that puts you around 4.7 inches. Add the glans and you’ll be around 5 or over. Keep in mind this is a rough ballpark estimate.

Yes. My size under the vacuum cylinder was about an inch greater than my natural erection. My implant erection is the same size as my pre-surgery natural (with vigorough stimulation and assistance from pills) erection.

how would you figure out your size if trimix does not work? would the pump be the closes ?
