Surgery is Tuesday. 6 inches and getting the Titan. Confident with my decision.

So...for those Titan owners is it boxers or briefs? I used to be a point the dick in the briefs kinda guy. But as I became a grower I was able to wear boxers with no problem. I am looking to see if wearing briefs with my dick pointed up will be a possibility. And if so, any brand/model recommendations?

First, congratulations on getting Dr. Eid to perform the surgery. Do everything he says, you are in caring hands.

David Archy with the separate pouch for willy. I found them super comfortable. Regular underwear put too much pressure on my dick.

Pre implant I was a boxer guy but post implant I am wearing briefs. My dick is sill pointing about 4:30 so it is more comfortable keeping it up against my body pointed to the right. Whenever the natural hang comes back I will probably switch back to boxers.

My Doc sent me home with a medical-grade jockstrap to keep everything in place during recovery. Not only does it keep my dick pointing in the right angle, it prevents the pump from getting pushed up in my balls during the healing/scarring process.

How did everything go for you with your surgery? Do you have before and after pics?

Gruffi-do you still use the jock as regular underwear. If not what do you wear?
