6 Feet Tall but Short

Guys
How many of you have had successful revisions going from the TITAN to the LGX. My revision doctor thought my anatomy was best suited for a LGX. I was a grower, not a shower, so when considering my options, getting a Titan implant replaced free, vs. going with the cost of the LGX, he reasoned to try a Titan instead of the LGX. After my revision, I still have cylinders that are short of the glans on my right side which results in a twisted shaft and I'm still shorter 1-1/2” – 2 inches. I had never suffered any lost length before surgery as I could still get a full erection on pills but couldn’t maintain it while having sex.

I plan a revision in the very near future and wonder how many of you changed from the TITAN to the LGX and your reason. I’ve had a very disappointing journey, but from seeing and reading many of your results, I still have hope to be restored to a natural look, feel and my lost length restored.

Regards,

If you lost that much length, I opine that your surgeon did not do an optimal job fitting the Titan into your corpora.

How well did you document your pre-op size and condition (both way back when you were in your sexual prime, and also immediately pre-op)?

P.S. is your shaft twisted (as in corkscrewing) or curved?

Lost Sheep,
I agree that my surgeon didn't fit me properly, even after the revision was to correct the wrong size, short cylinders on the 1st implant. My revision went from an 18+1 to a 20+1 and is still short of the glans. The revision doctor said my previous doctor left a trap? It is still short of the Glans on the right, maybe 2 cm shorter than the left which causes the shaft to twist to the right. The problem from day 1, first implant, was the doctor didn't put in long enough cylinders. My shaft is very loose and visibly not extended, my estimated correct IPP size would be 23-24 cm including RTE without fear of erosion. On most pictures of the implanted Titan, the penis looks stretched erect and tight, that's why there is very little growth when pumped. I think many men have the same issue as me, and that's why the LGX has been so successful since it offers help if your doctor did undersize your IPP.

Since both surgeries, my length isn't right, even after pumping the foreskin dosent pull back to expose the glans fully which it did before my implant. If I had an LGX., maybe thru pumping up daily it could stretch to the correct size, but with the Titan, what you have flaccid is close to what you have fully erect.

And to answer your question on my length before surgery, I did have full erections before my first implant, but couldn't maintain them. I measured before surgery on Viagra and was 6-1/2", after both surgeries I'm only 5-1/4" and as my wife said, it dosent look or feel the same. Im disappointed but I wont give up hope, as I see many of my brothers have had great results which I hope to attain.

You should have no problem with either a titan or lgx. It’s all about proper sizing. Personally, I would go with another titan just because of the cost savings, unless the surgeon recommends another device. I believe that it is paramount that you have it fixed by a top surgeon. I believe that they’ll fix you right up.

I'm not really sure how all this works. I have an LG X 18 cm + 3 cm RTE and this morning I just pumped to 6.5 in. You should be making seven. I have to assume that you were shrunk after surgery. That you're trying to stretch back out. I would suggest using vacuum therapy that's what it did it for me but no one seems to have any results except for me and a few others. Something to think about good luck
