Well, most soreness is gone now and I'm starting to itch....which is good.....no more blood droplets when I urinate.....so far, so good....

Today I inflated for the first time since my procedure....stitches are still in but not near my pump....the incision was made in a different location than with my initial implant....this incision is higher up - closer to where my sack meets my penis.....as a retired hat manufacturer I'd say...."where the brim meets the crown"..... 
There is a little soreness on my left side of my glans, slightly reminiscent of my early cycling days but MUCH less painful - and this too shall pass.....my cylinders are equal length now (you can say that I'm "banging on all cylinders") and my glans is of equal proportion.....prior, I could see that one side (left side) was a little more sloped making it a little pointy.....I doubt that anyone other than myself would ever notice, but now it's nicely rounded and ready to be sucked by a nice lady,.... preferably without teeth.....

It's always interesting to hear from those who have done it all before. I'm sure equal tips will make a real difference.
Do you have glans inflation at all? During arousal, through the use of a ring, or with drugs?

Yes....it's nice to have equal cylinders....my left cylinder being a little shorter didn't really affect function....but it bugged me mentally enough to have it done.....
I never bothered with rings or pills after my implant.....my glans seems to inflate enough to notice....not what it originally did but enough to not be concerned....even with a shorter cylinder I never had a floppy or soft glans....
