When I pumped up prior to my implant, I could get nearly an inch more length (easy to see through the clear vacuum tube) and a lot more girth (impossible to measure inside the vacuum tube, but clearly visible) than I could with a "natural" (oral medication-induced, and with a LOT of stimulation) erection.
Not sure how that compares to stretching my penis.
With my implant, my erection matches my pre-surgery natural erections.
The V.E.D. produced an erection significantly larger in length and girth than my best (even in my prime) natural erection. That is, the erection INSIDE the vacuum was larger.
When removing the vacuum tube and using the constriction ring as the instructions specify, the erection was only slightly larger than a natural erection.
I used the V.E.D. for (attempts at) sex only twice. My purpose for the V.E.D. was solely to retain/restore elasticity and size while I waited for authorization for and to find a surgeon for an implant.
p.s. Thanks to purcelldds for rigorous measurement numbers. I considered apologizing for not having firm numbers (no pun intended) but I did not consider MY numbers to be complete enough to be as useful as my general observations. Purcelldds' figures, being so complete, are admirably probative.
