I'm 61. App 6 months ago I had a penile fracture. Said I may have ED and may have curvature. I have always had a great sex life with my gf. Very spontaneous. Women said I had a perfect "member". Perfect length and girth. We would go at it for hours. Never had a erection issue. Now I cant get a good enough erection for sex and when I do start to get an erection it is very soft and I see that there is a curvature issue, but with out having a very hard erection I'm not sure of the extent. I did the pshot…..nothing happened. Viagra, Cialis...nothing. My urologist said if the injections don't work the only thing left is surgery. Doing my first injection at the Drs office this week. I've been reading up on surgery if I need it. I'm petrified of the thought of having to pump up for an erection, just dose not seem to sexy and romantic. How do you date? What do you do for foreplay? and I read your dick is smaller after surgery?? Is that true?? WTF, I'm going though a tough time. I feel like my man hood is gone. Not sure of the surgery yet. I only did the pshot one time. Not sure if I should do two? Any one have any experiences doing the pshot? I read great reviews on it. Unfortunately one did nothing for me. Any one have any experiences dating with an implant? Just trying to educate myself. I'm sorry if I have a fended any one. I'm just scared. Hoping to hear some thoughts and experiences.

Your penis will not be smaller after surgery assuming the surgeon has the requisite experience. I've been married for 30 years...don't know the drill for dating w/ an implant...nor do I have any idea what people do on a date if they inject...guess you could excuse yourself to the men's room. Regardless, you'll be capable of any conceivable sex move you've ever wanted to try for as long as you /your partner wish...your girlfriends will be extremely happy. If you have any questions, please feel free to send me a private message...

Sorry to hear about your injury. Glad you found this site. I am 61 and date with my implant. I have 2 girlfriends now. So you are going to be injected with trimix in the doctors office? The reason I ask is my urologist does not do any testing just treatment. They start with pills then recommend VED or if pills do very little or nothing can go to injecting trimix. I have no information on pshots. If trimix does not work then the only treatment is implant surgery by my uro group. Sounds kind of like what your uro is doing. As far as pumping before sex it is really not a problem for me or my girlfriends. They both know about my implant. And when compared to the other treatments is really great. With pills you have to wait. Or be really good about predicting what and when. With injections you have to prepare an injection and inject and wait a bit. With a ved you need to get it out and pump it up then slip the ring on and you only have a half hour or so till you need to remove the ring. I pump my implant while I am giving oral (one of my and my girl friends favorite things to do). Only takes me a minute or so then a few minutes later I top it off with a few squeezes. As far as size loss I do have some over my prime years due to me doing nothing for my ED for over 10 years. The term use it or loose it is written on this a lot on this site. Seems if you go for a long period of time with out really good erections the tissues will shrink. Many would say to get a Vacuum Erection Device or VED and use it daily to preserve and regain what you may have lost in the last 6 months. You might want to check with your uro about this. As long as he says you will not do any damage it is worth the small investment. Just make sure you don't over pump or stay pumped for too long. You can also do stretching. Or even both. I don't know about fractures so again I would speak to your uro. If your uro is very good and has experience with fractures and implants and you trust him you should not have much if any loss. Some on this site have even had gains.

We are all different but if it were me I would check my uro's experience on health grades and check for other uro's in my area for fractures and implants. If you are lucky you will find your uro or one in your area is really great and you can ask questions and make a plan. Of course ask a lot of questions on this site and if you would like to talk I can get you my phone number.

Thank you so much for the encouragement . I'm new on this site. Not sure how to reply. How this finds its way. This fracture was the unenviable. Ive always had a strong sex life with all my gf's. They said I must have hit her hip bone. I almost lost it when I looked at my dick. Maybe I should say an "eggplant". Emergency surgery. I also have a curve too. Kind of a banana look...ugh...I did the pshot….nothing (different DR) I did 2 Trimix shots this week. Nothing really happened as far as a erection. They will increase my dosage for my next shot. If that dose not work then the only option left is surgery. Did all the pills.....nothing....My biggest fear is trying to keep my sex life (foreplay) as normal as possible. Until I'm comfortable with having an implant, I'm not sure if I want a gf to know I have an implant. If your married its a little different, but when you meet a hot chick you want to be as normal as possible. I'm sure as my confidence grows I'll be more comfortable with it. I'm really paranoid about having to pump it up in front of her. I think that's a great way to keep things natural is when your going down on her, to pump it up. She'll never see you. I guess you just have to make sure you down before she dose? How did you tell your gf's that you had an implant? ….

As I said I do not know much about fractures. Someone else most likely has way more knowledge than I do and can provide you with some info in regards to that. As far as pumping an implant I can say from limited experience that it is much closer to normal than injections. I was never able to inject during fore play but can pump my implant.

The women I am dating I meet on line and as we discussed what we were looking for or wanting at some point I would express that I wanted sex as a part of my life. When the conversations continued I told them I had surgery to fix damage I had and that part of me worked 100% now. That seemed to be a win win as I was being honest and everything worked as it should all the time.

I replied to your pm.

The first time I measured my girth, I measured width and depth and took the average. Then I figured out that most of the men here cite "girth" measurement as their circumference. Is that what you are doing?
