happy holidays....I had a question to all the pople implanted specially young guys ...now that all of u r implanted wold u prefer implant over pills...with the pills there is an anxiety issue with implant is a sure shot..

After the RP pills quit working.
I used pills, while they worked. They gave me headaches, stuffy nose, and you have a delay until they kick in.

Shots worked after the RP but you have no spontaneity, pain, sometimes didn't work. Caused scarring leading to Peonies.

PPI, after healing, works everytime, anywhere, as long as you want. The erection will go away anytime you want also (not so with pills or shots).

It's an individual decision! I have more confidence and spontaneity than I've had in many years.
If I was single and in the dating world, I still think I would have it done at an early age. The prospect of a revision in the future would be my only concern.
Use it or lose it! Pills, VED, injections, keep it moving to prevent shrinkage, lose of length and girth.

If pills still work I'd keep using pills. The erection is more natural. When pills don't work you will have a naturally unreliable limp dick.
Some men lose some length due to scaring and lack of tissue elasticity. Some men lose some girth with some implants. I have regained the length back to pre RP days. I have regained most of my girth, but still not as big as before. My wife is more comfortable with the new me. She used to have problems with my girth. ( Silver lining )
The main thing is it works, and I love it!!!

You said it wife is more comfortable with the new you...so it means u r more confident and free of the stress or getting erections..

So like.me.uve donr it all the only difference is i did it being single ...I even had a 7hour vein ligation procedure which fucked me up....pviagra 100mg works for me Cialis has already lost effect and after my ligation surgery too much scarring to try injection therapy and at this age.. so I believe implant is the way forward for me
