Needing a little encouragement...

Hi fellas,
I hope all of you had Merry Christmas with your loved ones. I’ve reas several of your stories that included “what have I done?” doubts etc. I am struggling with this thing. I’m one month post op. Several things have improved. Its hanging quite a bit better. Its not really hurting anymore when Im not messing with it. There are several things that are really bothering me however... It still hurts like a big dog when I inflate all the way, feels like its going to burst. Its still curves left more than I thought. One of the reasons i went with titan was its reputation for straightening out mild curves. Its not getting as hard as i thought it would. I pump until i cant get one more drop outta that pump and theres still some bend to the penis, certainly not the steel rod the titan is reported to be. My wife and I tried having sex last night for first time and she says “is this as hard as it gets?” with a disappointed look on her face. Was like a punch in the face... I did figure out that what I thought was a dogear on the left cylinder that stayed even after pumping is actually tubing that is prominent up the at base of shaft. Im sure the answer is give it time it will all get better but sure discouraging for now..,

Were you fully pumped when attempting intercourse? You said it hurts badly when fully inflated. Were you in pain during intercourse?

Yeah i had it pumped up as much as it would go. Was hurting quite a bit during intercourse, in fact we stopped. I was hurting, she seemed disappointed. Letdown city

I’m hoping Dr Kramer can give you some feedback. I understand pain w max inflation is good as you have room to stretch. If fully pumped unsure why it’s not seeming useable for inter course—I’m sure he’ll gave recommendations. Any chance it’s firm but less girth than previously thus your partner noticed a difference? If that’s the reason it may just be you were one of the few w more initial girth than the Titan (most girth of all options).

First off, I would definitely contact Dr Kramer. Fully pumped it should be much harder than a natural erection. There are only two possible issues. Either you are not pumping correctly, or there is a problem with the device. How far are you from Kramer? Can you visit him? If not do you have another uro that does implants that can assist?

I dont think its getting filled to capacity either. Ive read some guys say initially could only do 10 pumps etc and eventually worked up to 25 pumps etc. im only getting 8 full pumps amd then several little 1/4 pumps before bulb becomes too hard to squeeze. My hope is that as things “stretch out” i am going to be able to do more pumps amd it will get harder, straighter etc. Im going to email dr K tomorrow and see what he thinks. Didnt want to bother him over holidays

I think, Titan is just not good, does not mater inflated or deflated, long or short, just simply, not good. POINT.
This guy had 22+ something and is no different from mine 18 + something.
I wish Titan customer service reads this.
They have not good product and that is the end problem, not doctors nor us as customers.
I will never consider Titan for replacement. Nothing good-of it.

In the meantime, I’d try pumping in a hot bath. Make sure the first pump is quick and sharp. I’d also try resetting the deflate button a few times.

Pretty sure you are not pumping enough. You are less than 4 weeks post op. I hurt like hell at that time. give it time and pump in a hot tub to get things loosened up.

I think your comment is not only complete BULLSH*T but incorrect, uneducated and insensitive to our bro’s feelings and situation. Show a little more tact, will ya?!

I can’t even count the number of amazingly positive reviews I’ve read from men with Titans. But there are very many indeed. Stop being so small-minded.

Newparts, contact Dr Kramer as soon as you feel is correct to do so. If anyone can advise, he can. It’s only a month! How many times have we read about things getting better and better and better? They don’t even let you touch the damn things for 6 weeks in the UK.

So just believe it will improve. We all know it’s meant to get more pumps in than 8 so I’m sure the kinks will iron out over time and it will get better and better. And hopefully, you and your wife will be loving it soon enough.
