General Thoughts...

Flaccid, it rocks. It's the biggest flaccid dick I've ever had. Every pair of pants, even sturdy jeans, sports a proud bulge. I like that. And it looks 'normal.'

Waking up in the morning I seem to be partially inflated. It takes fewer pumps to pump up all the way, so I guess I have a little 'auto-inflate' going on. Doesn't bother me at all (hell, there was a time when i used to wake up with a full-fledged boner!), just an observation.

Erections are hard and functional, and pumping & releasing are easy. It is clearly, however, shorter than my old dick, by at least an inch. But I'm OK with that...my mindset is in the place that I was not restoring my old one, I was getting a new one, and this one functions on command, so all is good.
