It also took me a while to get a copy of my Coloplast tracking sheet and warranty stickers. The doctor ended up sending me a text with a photo of it attached. Not the best quality. But for my AMS revision, I was given the AMS Patient ID sticker sheet in the hospital right after my surgery.

With my Titan 20, I had a 75 cc reservoir. With my AMS 21, I now have a 100 cc reservoir.

Thorough except for the reason I was given a 75 cc reservoir instead of a larger (125 cc) that I believe I warranted with 22 cm cylinders. I will be contacting rhe Coloplast rep listed to find out who made that decision and why.

Shouldn’t it also indicate how much fluid was actually placed in the reservoir rather than just capacity?

I have AMS 18cm with a 100cc reservist but it only has 80 to 85 cc. I think you are justified in getting an answer you should have an appt soon right? But until or unless you run out of juice I wouldn't worry too much. May be a problem in 6 mos though.

All...I appreciate all the input and I intend to follow up as soon as I can after returning home from vaca. However, I'm resigning myself to the fact that I have become TOTALLY unimpressed by my new gear and have decided that I will NEVER upgrade, repair, or fix anything that fails with this Coloplast piece of shit if it 'died' tomorrow. I'm still, after 7 weeks post-op, peeing and ejaculating blood, have a wife with a ho hum attitude after two uses, have a surgeon, surgi center, and medical conglomerate (Virginia Urology) that I do not trust nor would recommend to anyone seeking help with ED or any other urological issue. Other than that, everything is peachy. I wish you all well in 2019 and to those men investigating implant surgery, I would say 'buyer beware'. It is NOT all it's cracked up to be.
