After RP, I had incontinence under control. Drip now and then. After implant I dribble all the time. That really sucks. Anyone have this problem also?

I am 5 weeks post op - I don't have full-on urinary incontinence but I definitely do have "spraying" - which I believe stems from the same issue of incontinence - because of pressure on/around the urethra or something. I've been told this might sort itself over time once the post-op swelling reduces and heals - i.e. tissues around the urethra / penis heal and there is less pressure on/around the urethra.

At home I still carry a small bottle or bucket out to relieve the area of a few drops when it's in pain - especially in the hours after having inflated - releasing the few drops of urine seems to ease pressure and pain in the area.

I had it but it went away about the 3 month mark. Usually only happened when I had a few beers and there was someone in the bathroom in front of me. Pissed my pants a couple of times. Now it's under control.

three implants and nearly 6 years in, I still drip a little here and there. Dr Perito did show me a little trick where I start at my butthole and push the last few drops up and and out of my dick.....and that often helps!

While not a beer drinker, I know there are times when the "slight urge" suddenly becomes an "overwhelming urge".

Good luck man!

BTW - when I'm home or at work, I sit to pee. In public places I use the urinal and try not to "get any on me" (remember that old saying??)
