Question: with your measurements, why didn't the surgeon use the 21cm AMS w 2.5 rt instead of the 18cm w/ 5.5 cm rear tips? I don't understand.

With infrapubic, the tubes go in on top of your dick. The tubes have to be forward of your pubic bone. You apparently have a deep cruse like me. The RTE goes deep into the cruse.

I completely agree. I wonder why neither AMS or Coloplast is interested in adding new models with just that combination of features.

I was 6.67 girth the night before surgery and now barely make 5 with my LGX. But for me that's fine. I don't see how you can get 8" out of an 18cm, that's what I have with 3 rtes. My best so far was 6 5/8 you should be about 1 inch longer. Have you made it to 8" yet? Why didn't he use a 21 cm cylinder?
I'm keeping myself at around 6". Right now I'm at 6 1/4" for the night.
