Orgasm after implant

I am 6 weeks post implant and all is going pretty well. However, I'm finding it difficult to get orgasms regularly. I can get them sometimes but other times there just isn't much feeling and I don't build to a climax.
The ones I have had have been tremendous, but I'm wanting more of them and frustrated I can't figure out the recipe. I pump up 2-3 times a day and try to masturbate at least every other day. Wife and I have not yet tried sex -- she's got a few issues, so we're taking that slowly.
Would appreciate any insights.

I (like a lot of men apparantly) take longer to orgasm and ejaculate after implant than I took before implant. Sometimes I have simply not been able to orgasm.
I was an "early ejacualtor". This was due to the E.D. requiring extreme vigor in order to retain my erection - the extreme vigor inducing ejaculation before my partner and I were ready for that. Delay in my orgasm/ejaculation is actually a welcome condition.
Other men who have reported everything from slower orgasm to complete anorgasmia (after implant) are not so happy.
The operation does traumatize nerves and it may take some time for them to recover to the point that normal sensations (and effects of stimulation) are equal to your pre-implant self. Sometimes nerves are permanently affected. Luck, and the surgeon's skill affect this.
I am more than a year post-implant and still returning to "normal" orgasmic response.
I am blessed with a partner who is enthusiastic about making love and having sex with me. A partner dedicated to helping is invaluable and the more I candidly discuss ALL my issues with her, the more she wants to help. I have no idea what your wife's issues are, but communicating with her (in my opinion) is bound to help her put them to rest.
My partner and I have had great success trying different positions, producing orgasms for her and for me. Some positions are GREATLY more productive and efficient than other positions. There are some (non-pornographic) sex advisory sites that are helpful in this regard. (PM me if you want me to share, please.)
Good luck.

I was able to orgasm fairly soon after the implant via manual release. Still hard to orgasm with a condom, as was before prostate removal. BBBJ, no problem.

The topic discussed in this thread could fall into the category of anorgasmia. The topic has cropped up in many threads in various sub-forums on this site. I'm having a tremendous problem. In fact, I'm going in tomorrow to see my Uro just for this. I'm not sure what the cause is because I also have MS and afib and am on two meds for those. It seems to me I didn't have a problem before but I honestly wasn't even masturbating much because it wasn't much fun without an erection. I was able to have exactly two orgasms since I was activated Nov 28 but both took hours of playing with myself. Most of the reading I have done about implants and orgasms, other than on this site, do not show a causal relationship. I didn't do a deep research but didn't find anything after some preliminary inquiries.
To get over this, I even broke down and bought a Fleshlight (Copper Turbo Thrust as opposed to the fake vagina) and Fleshlight Launch. While I love it and I can get close to the edge, I can't quite get there. My glans does get engorged and I have good sensitivity there but maybe not so much in the shaft. I've tried rock hard, softer and flaccid and nothing.
By the way, the Copper Turbo Thrust is supposed to feel like a blow job and, IMHO, it really does! It looks like an alien flashlight with no effort to look like any anatomical part. Those always turned me off. The Turbo comes in Ignition and Thrust and you can get either in the copper material or the blue material. Supposed to be different feel between the materials and the models. Note that the Turbo case won't fit the Launch so I had to buy the standard FL just to get the case to use in the Launch.
