The treatment is to break up the scar tissue (collagen, a fibrous tissue the body makes from proteins to repair damage) by massage (which is moderately painful, but less so if you do it while the collagen fibers are forming).

Earlier is better, but ignoring it is non-productive.

If they are truly problematic and do not respond to massage, surgery can release them. Laparoscopic surgery is minimally invasive, but post-op, you should plan on following the proper protocol to prevent recurrence.

I had pump adesion at the skin , after surgery for months...
No infection at all..

Cool! Dr. Kramer says it is not stuck, but I disagree with him, lol. The pump is still stuck to the skin, but I guess the surgery will confirm that.
