I'd say "irregularly"....I'm on my third Titan......Good luck!

Most docs will say you should get about a decade out of one before it gives out.
Of course, some malfunction way before that and some are perfectly fine well past a decade.
So in this case, your mileage may vary.
49, San Francisco, CA. Type 2 Diabetic which lead to early onset ED. Dual TURP surgeries lead to Peyronie's. Botched implant 12/12 left additional scar tissue in the shaft. 2nd implant on 8/21/14 but left with floppy head & part of the shaft.
