With regard to the Titan...how pumped up does the device need to be pumped up to avoid the dog ears? Can the implant stay at this pumped level for long periods of time. If so...is it uncomfortable? Does it make you horny all the time. Does it wear down the device. Etc. etc...

For me the dog ears near base are uncomfortable as thats where penis flexes to go in underwear etc. its nearly pumped up before the dog ears fully go away, no way i could hide it during the day like that. But im only 3 weeks out as well. I imagine the soreness around the dogears will go away. Other that the tenderness at this area i dont mind the “crinkliness” of the titan.

Thanks new parts. Being single is it just one more thing to explain besides the implant? In other words should I expect slight embarrassment on an initial sexual experience with a partber?

I’m a few days past seven weeks and as far as dog ears they are a thing of the past gone and forgotten. They were an issue at the beginning but they just seemed to disappear and so did a lot of other minor discomforts. As everyone that has been down this road has said time is on our side. As the weeks pile on the things that were a problem are forgotten when the sex starts to be better and more comfortable,

Thanks Dave. Glad dog ears are not a problem.

I am 103 days post implant and my Titan did not soften at all. No natural look and hang when flaccid. Still sticks at 3:30 and looks semi erected while completely deflated.
In deflated state, I have to many dog ears especially around the base. It slowly becomes smoother while inflated and dog ears are less palpable.
I read a lot about other people experience with Titan and did not encountered many who are really satisfied. Every Titan owner complained about same problems at some point of time after implant.
I still think, Titan is not good match for short penises.
