I have had ED issues for 25 years. Here is my situation. When I get sexually excited, I feel some little plumping up – which I enjoy. for 2.5 years post-RP, I had a 2.5" limp noodle - no erection whatsoever. Now a have a great little 5" hard-on.... and it's really a lot of fun!!!

That said...an implant is really a "last resort" option...there's no "turning back". If I had been able to have 5 minutes of intercourse with a cock ring, I probably wouldn't have risked the pain for an implant. That said - I couldn't fuck and now I can!

I would say that 100% of us were in that same boat our erections were going going gone! I went from 7" to 5 3/8" then VED to 6.5" and got my implant. The last time before implant that I had sex I had to squeeze myself to get in and then could not hold it firm enough without squeezing my self the whole time. Is that sex? Really? At 4 months it does feel different still but I can easily see that as more time goes on it becomes much softer and more enjoyable. I was 6.67" girth the night before implant and now at 4 months I am just at 5" girth. Yes that is a big difference in feeling inside. Not nearly as tight as before. But just as good for us. You will now probably cum at 10 minutes or more but can just keep on going until she is satisfied. You never go soft until you want to. And I never have sex at more than 50% pumped. It's great after decades of ED feels more natural for both of us. Yes I still get aroused and in fact I VED daily to keep my glans more active and erect. The outside of your penis is not affected by the implant same as you had before. The big difference is the cylinders inside take some time to get used to. At 4 months I no longer notice them they are mine. Very glad to have them on my side.
If you aren't now then start VED. Took me 2 months aggressive therapy morning and night to stretch from 5 3/8" to 7". I shrank back to 6.5" because I wanted only 6" and did not trust my Doc to give it to me unless I was longer. Worked out perfectly I am just 6" now. Fooled him!!!!

I have used VED on and off through the years but not enough to change my size in the tube. Are you saying you actually changed the size of your penis - while in the tube - to get it to stretch from 5 3/8 to 7 inches? That seems like a whole lot of increase. But this refers only to while in the tube, correct? And this affected how much stretch the doctor could reach when determining how to size you for the implant?

I guess you already knew you were going for the implant and had no concerns about hurting your penis by this excessive stretching?

If any others have a comment on stretching but also if you had an erection similar to mine previously described and had the implant, i would appreciate it. So far I have one vote that he would no go forward. Reminder, my "erection" is not hard but plumped up. And it provides no pleasure for my wife.

Mine is very similar, with pills and a cockring i possibly get somethibg O could insert into a women. But it s not an erection.

Being young (25) and not in a relationship, this is not an option...

Pill's work for me for several years and then they stopped. The injections worked great until I developed some scar tissue and stop working. I went to an older urologist who claims he was one of the first doctors in Dallas to use the injections and we tried several concoctions to no avail. He's the one that sent me to the implant surgeon. I admit that I have a little of a hard time reaching orgasm but only say half the time. I think my orgasms are stronger than they've ever been. The fact that I have so much girth with the Titan and and that it is so darn erect and hard not only turns on my girlfriend but me, too. Just remember to pick one of the premier implant doctors on this website and talkto several of the guys who have used him. When I finally had my implant I could still get an erection, just not hard enough to do anything with. After the implant, I still get the plumping you speak of.. it tricks me into thinking that my tool actually works and goes a long way for arousal. Every sensation you have now, you will have after the implant.

Length is not an issue as much as I imagined. Never occurred to me that with ED I was probably at best 5" or less the last year or two of sex. So a hard 5" would have been a huge improvement. Squeezing my self that last year trying to get something was not enjoyable and was probably around 4" at best. Don't get me wrong I'm happier with what I had before ED took it all, who wouldn't be? But I pitched a fit like a 3 year old when I thought my doc had stolen 1/2". Did I scream when ED took 1 5/8"? Our brains aren't always rational but honestly for any surgeon to think that he knows what you should like is inexcusable. He needs to make an offer and if you walk accept it. By the same token if losing 1/2" is the offer that could be a great deal if it works.
My advice? If you are struggling just to have lack luster sex, stop wasting your life. The sooner you get an implant the sooner you can adjust to its new feel and have Olympic sex like never before!
