Had a Titan 22 cm implant in late July with good results. The advice here is generally to pump up the implant often to get maximum size following the implant. I was 19 cm pre op. came out at 16 cm but with regular pumping am now back to 18.5cm. working well. will post again next year to see if the 0.5cm returns. I attached a pic of the deflated and pumped up .

yes im 59 and had ED with leakage from 35 yr old used all the stuff including injections . My dr is in Adelaide. ( AUS) Great surgically. Didn't think i could increase size though.
I m very happy with the results but do find the folding of the implant a bit uncomfortable when deflated. happy to PM with further details if interested.

Great results Joel, thanks for posting. Does your penis never hang down totally when deflated?

No not really it also depends on how I have it in my underwear I find it uncomfortable hanging down so I push it up on my sides or stomach depending on what I’m wearing Sometimes I get a few curious looks

That was my exact experience. Like...exactly. I was 19 cm prior also, and now, one year post implant am stuck at 16.5 cm length and mostly accepting of the reality that I would not recover the lost length. I have cycled aggressively and we have used the new equipment extremely frequently. Good to see someone with similar physicality get the sizing back.

Add this to the pile of wildly contradicting things out there about size changes, I suppose...

I was 5.5” pre-op, got Titan 22cm and post-op I am 5”. Dr said I will recover size with cycling. I really hope so. Would be great to hear experiences of other members who have had a Titan for at least a year, I want to know if they recovered their size or not and how much did they grow with cycling.

I see in your signature that you have a 28 XL Titan implanted. You must have a really deep crux when you having 'just' 16,5 now.
