Especially regarding the fact your whole implant is just 7.8 inches long.
That never made sense to me either. I can account for maybe 1/2 inch for glans. Maybe some muscle stuffed at the bottom of the cruse.

WOW 9", what a whopper.
. Don't get excited Larry,, 3 inch is buried in my cruse. Only a skinny 6 inch sticks out beyond my pubic bone. 6 x skinny 4.5. I swear it was fatter , but that's just my inflated memory.

Is that erect or flaccid? After all the crap I've been through, anything more than 5 inches catches my attention. I have been very lucky all along with my girth.. it is almost 6" after fully inflating and using the VED. That is pretty much all the light in my tunnel

This talk of "stretch tests" is way off the mark. The only test that matters is the internal measurement taken during the surgical procedure. External "stretch tests" are worthless as a diagnostic or predictive tool.

AMEN, That is what I have been saying. A competent DR does not need to do a stretch test. He just knows after measuring you on the operating table, he is going to install the longest implant possible to give you everything your tunica will accept.

Are there concerns that if the implant is too long it could erode the glans?

That is one thing my Dr liked about the LGX, and he explained it all to me in the pre op interview.. He implanted me 1 or 2 cm short and said with cycling it will grow to its full potential. Right after the OP I was 5 3/4in and grew to 6 within 4 weeks. I have not gained anything since then. A good dr will size you right.

Correction,, I just calculated the stretch of the LGX. 7.8X 20%=1.56. 1.56+ 7.8=9.4. That is how entire package with RTE length included can be 9 inch.
