smphead wrote:Maybe a dumb question. But i have had a first consult with a urolog and het did a stretch-test and it became to just 9 cm. I measure myself often in a relaxe state and then it's up to 15 cm. It could be it was due the 'stress' for the consult so short.
Often when i'm stressed or it's cold i have a shorter penis.

I will have a appointment with a surgeon and he will measure me again.

When i take cialis i have also a longer flaccid penis.

So when i'am in the 'stress-state' my blood flows out of my penis.

Is it ok to take cialis before the next appointment to prevent a very short penis so i will not be measured for very short cilinders? I'm not afraid for an erection because i need visual and physical stimulation.

Any other things i can do to prevent a very short stress-test during the appointment?

You are in the Netherlands, I have no idea how they do things out there. But if you can, plainly tell your uro not to shorten your implant 1 or 2 cm with the misplaced hope that someday you might gain it back. The new implants AMS are designed to prevent erosion the pumps stop short of any danger. That also means that they do not have the power to stretch like previous models. And more especially if your penis shrinks and bends your cylinders inside of your body. Bent cylinders do not push well.
Everyone is right that the only accurate measurement is on the table done after they have gutted your penis and it has no more resistance. But if they don't do a spinal even then the measurement will be short. Worse yet few uros use your true measurement anyway. They just fudge and judge hoping for the best. Most purposely measure short because it causes them fewer problems and screw you and your micro penis.
Take a very long hot bath just before your appt. Also daily flaccid stretch your penis as hard as you can stand. If you have a vacuum device use it to the max. Much more effective than by hand.
Try to convince your uro that your tips must be absolutely even and to let you leave the hospital about 50% pumped. If you do that then during the first 3 weeks of healing you will need to pull your penis constantly in order to lessen the pain of it trying to shrink. Keep a wedge pillow under your butt 24/7 and your swelling and discoloration will be greatly reduced.
Yes anything that can stretch you penis before surgery is a must. Use cialis as often as possible and have as big an erection for as long as is safe. If it is rock hard that will stretch you out more than anything except for a vacuum device. Let us know how things turn out and good luck.

The up to 20% increase is the amount the LGX can expand beyond its manufactured size. That is why Drs like it. They can implant a slightly short LGX and it will fill the cavern of the tunica as you cycle it daily. Flacid to inflated length stays the same with the titan. The cx only expands in diameter over time.
