3 inch soft, 7inch hard, 20° curvare. AMS CX best?

Hi there,

I'm searching a lot for my options. Some good comments already made. Thanx all for that.

My 'stats' are only 3 inch soft, but a grower which ends in 7 inch erect. I have 20° curvature to the left (no pain)
I'm a implant-dummy, but think CX is best for me, due to the stiffer tubes for a straightening my penis. I prefer AMS over Coloplast, cause of the more natural look when soft (i go on a regular base to the spa and nude beach) and from what i've read is a CX hard enough, so why should i choose for the Titan when i'm not over 7 inch!?

But i'm also afraid that with CX i will end with a very small erect penis. That erect will be the same like the 3 inch soft i have at the moment.

Or can the CX give my original lenght back, or a little bit smaller, like 6 inch?

In the 'ideal' situation i would choose for the LGX cause of the lenght expansion, but i am afraid it won't rigide enough for me.

Thanx all brothers.

hi, I have recently been implanted on October 15 2018. From my research and now my experience the AMS is a superior choice. I have the LGX cylinders. the LGX is designed to give a more flaccid look. it is true that it does do that. The only thing that effects the rigidity is the RTE's. The LGX expands about 20% in both girth and length. If you have had Ed for a while you automatically may loose some length. this model will help reduce /or eliminate any shrinkage of length. You PM me I am willing to send pictures and talk further.

My 22 cm + extenders Titan Coloplast is very thick. I love it. My attorney was implanted in 2013 with an AMS at the same time and he just had to replace it. Ugh.

I had a 15 degree bend to the right. I could feel lots of scar tissue from injections. My URO (he just retired after 30 years) said an LGX would straighten it up. He kept me pumped to 80-90 % for 4 weeks. That was very painful. LGX is so hard when pumped up 90% it will not bend. Pumped 100% it is a railroad spike. Just my observations.

I have an AMS LGX and it gave me a 90 degree curve, was perfectly straight before implant. But that was from a bad job. I was 7" last May before implant shrunk myself down to 6.5" by surgery and right now I'm at 6"+ daily. At 4 months my LGX is finally getting soft when fully deflated for me that is huge.
I'll be honest just had my pump moved and am ready after healing to stretch myself out to 7" again using VED. I should be there by January's end. Only to make my penis straight again.
As for your curve Coloplast is thicker so when deflated it will keep you straighter. As for LGX vs CX there is really no advantage for the curve using either one. Both get hard enough when pumped to easily keep you arrow straight. My success has been so far VED plus staying inflated 70% for long periods and 30% or so for even longer periods. If you choose AMS be sure to ask for the hidden reservoir much less problems than the bulb. As for length we could go for days on that topic. No surgeon that I know of gets it right. But I'm pretty sure that if you go in with 7" flaccid stretch then within a year or so you will have 7" fully pumped with most surgeons. Especially if you tell them that is important to you. Good luck you are making a great choice.

I would just echo what others have said. Find a dr. You trust and get their opinion. I had to find my 4th dr, surgeon, who finally actually did tests on my penis to see if I had a medical reason for my ed. The first three just looked at me said yep you have peyronies. When do you want me to put the implant in. I knew I had peyronies. It is hard to disguise. At the first visit it was around 70 degrees. After months of traction and ved it is better at around 35 degrees. The 4th one told me I had peyronies. Ed, and venous leakage so the ed and peyronies is permanent. Implant is my option. My best option was a normal erection but that is not happening for me. At least he was honest.

The only thing all four told me was I needed the titan to fix my curve. The cylinder strength was necessary to straighten my penis out without any excision surgery. All agreed I needed the thicker cylinders to deal with the peyronies and I needed to keep it stretched out as much as I can. Once peyronies pretty much always peyronies. Unless it is surgically removed it is always there.

There are a lot of opinions we all have them. The studies just really confuse me so not real helpful to me. I reslly do not get much out of watching a press show an lgx will buckle before a titan. I hope I never put that much stress on it. Watching stuff like that makes me cringe. I do read on here that a cx also gets really hard and has fixed some individuals peyronies. I just figure on putting my trust in a dr. Of my choice and living with the consequences. And hope if it all goes to s###, they do not mess everything up so it cannot be fixed later.

you will be 6 inch soft and 7 inch hard with your implant. I cant keep my hand off mine, soft or hard.
