I wanted to update my status. It’s now 39 days I just went back to count them since my surgery. The first two weeks are the most challenging. Everything is new you don’t know what to expect you’re still swollen from the surgery your body has not adapted to the implants your worried afraid of an infection afraid of something going wrong generally just apprehensive and still experienceing pain from the trauma of the procedure. I spoke to the staff at dr Eid‘s office they assured me that at three weeks things would take a major turn for the better and they did on day 21 I used it for the first time successfully but with a small bit of discomfort to be expected. They told me at three months I would not even think about it. Well I’m almost half way there and I don’t think about it unless I’m using it . I’m using it a lot my wife is totally happy it feels like it did before to her only thing is she says that there is no pressure to get to the finish because it’s not going to let her down. I don’t have any discomfort only very very pleasurable sensations ending in amazing climax.
I feel very fortunate to have been able to have dr Eid to my surgery he truly is a master at what he does I only hope that he takes some person under his wing and teachs him the skills that he learned over the years. I have read hear about guys that are at 5-6 weeks and they are only starting to cycle, Floppy glands crossed over cylinders pumps that can’t be accessed infra pubic tubes tied in knots requiring revision surgery all kinds of problems from all kinds of doctors. Any one that is going to go through this does not deserve to suffer from an inexperienced dr. I would think that there should be a data base of all doctors that preform this surgery with real honest ratings of their successful cases and their screw ups for any potential patients to review and assist in making their choice of surgeons.

Me too! I was implanted in 2013 by Dr. Alan Morey of Dallas and could not be more satisfied. I was asked by my former urologist why I didn't let him put it in and I sheepishly told him that I didn't know he did the procedure. Well he does the procedure but probably once every 90 days instead of 5 to 7 times a week. My advice to anyone is to seek out the very best surgeon in your region and use him. Don't let someone experiment on you
